In Home Care

While caring for clients in their homes, Bay Aging takes pride in providing assistance to maintain independent living and developing personal relationships.

Bay Home Care offers a variety of services to meet your in home care needs.

COMPANION CARE: Our caregivers are trained professionals, but they also enjoy playing cards and board games, helping with a photo album, reading, writing letters, or just visiting.

PERSONAL CARE: While respecting our clients’ privacy, our caregivers provide assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, transferring, personal hygiene, continence, ambulating, exercise, and medication management.

RESPITE CARE: Caring for a loved one is one of the most meaningful things we can do in a lifetime, but it can be hard to balance all of the demands of work, family, and self. Our caregivers look after your loved one while you take care of other things, including yourself.

MEAL PREPARATION: Our caretakers help with all aspects of meal preparation, from planning and preparation of meals to assistance with feeding and clean-up.

LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING: Our caregivers can help keep your loved one’s home in order by vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, doing laundry, and keeping kitchens and bathrooms cleaned and sanitized.

TRANSPORTATION: Our caregivers can provide transportation for errands, shopping, social events, medical appointments and pharmacy pick up.

Adult Day Care Services

Our adult day center is a warm and inviting place for people to gather where staff support the needs of older adults and people living with disabilities.

The program fills the gap for families with loved ones who cannot be left alone, yet do not require 24-hour care.

Bay Aging’s program offers many stimulating activities that add variety and interest to every new day while providing health supervision and individual attention in a safe, comfortable environment. The combination of an enjoyable atmosphere and supervision promotes health and independence for the people who go to the center.
